Internal Mechanism and Targeted Path of Digital Economy Enabling Sports Enterprises to Develop "SRDI"

In the era of digital economy, the "specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative" (SRDI) development is the necessary choice for sports enterprises to adapt to the times, the power source of high-quality development and the inherent requirement of reducing cost and increasing efficiency. Taking the theoretical basis of digital economy enabling sports enterprises to develop "SRDI" as the logical starting point, this paper analyzes the internal mechanism of digital economy promoting the sports enterprises to develop "SRDI". The study believes that the digital economy promotes the sports enterprises to develop "SRDI" by strengthening the production and collaboration capabilities, optimizing the internal operation system, boosting distinctive products and services, and accelerating technological breakthroughs and iterations. On the other hand, however, it is still facing such problems urgent to be solved as the constraints of digital talent system, low resource allocation efficiency, weak digital supply foundation, and the difficulty in resource connectivity. It is proposed to improve the digital sports talent introduction and training system, focus on improving innovation output and innovation ability, optimize digital transformation environment through multiple measures, and strengthen the integration and penetration function of digital economy.
