-
Abstract
The development of specialized sports skills can not be separated from the guidance of the concept of large unit teaching, and the key to the implementation of the teaching lies in situational learning. In the large unit teaching of physical education and health course, the transformation of students from "novice" to "mature practice expert" and the promotion from "initial participation" to "full participation" must be guided by the theory of situational learning. And, the abstract knowledge and core literacy must be integrated into real and concrete situations through the creation of "rational" contextualization, deep participation contextualization and task coupling contextualization, thus to make students understand the practical value and significance of specialized sports skills in the real situation, the identity construction with "legitimacy" and the community of practice. Specific ways include maintaining the idea of body-mind oneness by creating a real situation, constructing the "legitimacy" identity by expert thinking and knowledge-related situation, and integrating into the community of practice by building a situation pointing to the high path migration.
