体育与健康课程深度学习的理论阐释、价值意蕴与发展路径

Theoretical Explanation, Value Implication and Development Path of Deep Learning in Physical Education and Health Courses

  • 摘要: 近年来,深度学习以其不同于浅层学习的优势逐渐在教育领域中崭露头角。核心素养理念下深度学习融入体育与健康课程,不但能提高学生参与体育学习的兴趣,培养学生终身锻炼的意识和习惯,完成生命价值的提升和创造,还能更好地发挥学校体育的“高阶性”育人作用。强化体育与健康课程的深度学习对于学生发展核心素养具有重要价值:以有效反思和技能迁移促进运动能力的提升,以真实情境和深度交互促成健康行为的养成,以深度体验和积极对话助推体育品德的塑造。体育与健康课程深度学习的发展路径主要包括:提高学生“学会学习”的水平,培养高阶思维能力;增强教师“深度教学”的能力,创建优质学习环境;推进“数字资源”加持赋能,增强课程学习体验感。

     

    Abstract: Deep learning, different from shallow learning, has gradually emerged in the field of education with its advantages in recent years. Integrated into the physical education and health curriculum under the concept of core literacy, deep learning can not only improve students' interest in participating in physical education learning, help to cultivate students' awareness and habits of lifelong exercise and complete the promotion and creation of their life value, but also play the role of "high-level" education in school physical education. Strengthening the deep learning of physical education and health courses has important practical value for students to develop their core literacy, that is, to promote the improvement of their sports ability with effective reflection and skill transfer, to promote the development of their healthy behaviors with real situation and deep interaction, and to promote the shaping of their sports morality with in-depth experience and positive dialogue. The development paths of deep learning in physical education and health courses mainly include: improving students' level of learning to learn and cultivating their higher-order thinking ability; enhancing teachers' deep teaching ability and creating quality learning environments; promoting the empowered digital resources thus to enhance their course learning experience.
