Abstract:
Cultivating sports low altitude economy is a significant task in promoting the integrated cluster development of strategic emerging industries. Using the methods of literature research, field investigation and case analysis, this paper, guided by scenes theory, studied the theory and practice of sports low altitude economy. It is concluded that low altitude economy and sports industry are intrinsically related in the sense of "co-construction, co-governance, sharing and co-winning", and the combination of these two industries has given rise to the new economic form and application scenario of sports low altitude economy. This study constructed the scenario theory framework of "space-facility-actor-activity-value", and analyzed the issues encountered in the practical development of sports low altitude economy, which were mainly manifested as follows: limited opening of space and poor ground layout; imbalanced facility provision and insufficient industrial extension; lack of top level design and poor stakeholder coordination; similarity in activity formats and hollow brand content; lack of deep cross-sector integration and ineffective value building. The cultivation strategy for sports low altitude economy is proposed as follows: to deepen the management reform of empty lot resources and expand the space for sports low altitude activities; to accelerate the construction of low altitude infrastructure and enhance its entire industry chain; to build a synergistic mechanism for multiple actors and improve the sports low altitude policy system; to innovate the content of sports low altitude activities and create an aviation sports event system; to promote the integration of sports low altitude industry and shape the multi-dimensional value of aviation sports.
