Abstract:
Against the dual backdrops of accelerating the construction of a leading sports nation and advancing the in-depth implementation of the "AI+" initiative, this study addresses core challenges confronting China's sports science, including unformed disciplinary system attributes, insufficient innovative vitality, and weak international discourse power. Guided by the symbiotic evolutionary logic of sci-tech and sports, as well as the mutual gain mechanism between artificial intelligence (AI) and sports, this research takes establishing an independent knowledge system of sports with Chinese characteristics as its core objective, and systematically elaborates on three key implications. That is, it is to enhance independent sci-tech innovation foundation through disciplinary paradigm innovation, improve interdisciplinary talent cultivation through educational model reconstruction, and strengthen international discourse power through governance mechanism optimization. The future focuses should be on AI's innovative practices in scientific intelligence research paradigms, tripartite collaborative education models, and intelligent collaborative governance mechanism, hence it clarifies the evolutionary logic of AI driving the discipline from potential exploration to paradigm innovation, and the future approaches of deepening the scientific intelligence paradigms, optimizing the tripartite collaborative education models, and improving the intelligent collaborative governance. This work will provide theoretical supports for the sports science to build an independent knowledge system and offers practical references for the construction of a leading sports nation and a leading education nation.
