Abstract:
In the process of comprehensively deepening reform and promoting the Chinese-style modernization, it is of great significance to systematically analyze the issues of deepening the reform of key areas in China's competitive sports, so as to accelerate the promotion of high-quality development of competitive sports and the construction of a strong sports country. With the methods of literature review, logical analysis and historical analysis, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the problems of deepening the reform in key areas of China's competitive sports from three dimensions of trends of times, problem reflections and future development. The research believes that the world's major changes unseen in a century, the construction of a high-level market economic system, the deep implementation of national multiple strategies, the modernization of national governance capacity, and the accelerated construction of a strong sports country, etc., have put forward new era demands for deepening the reform of competitive sports. To deepen the reform of Chinese competitive sports is facing such realistic dilemmas as the poorly functioning of institutional mechanism, the activity lack of development mode, the imbalance of structure and layout, the lag of science and technology empowerment system, and the single talent training mode, etc., which restricts the process of high-quality development of competitive sports. The study proposes a top-level design of the reform and development of competitive sports, deepening the reforms in key areas including competitive sports system and mechanism, talent training, sports structure, preparation mode, competition system, training system and professional development, acclerating the construction of a new type of national system for competitive sports, stimulating the vitality and endogenous power of the development of competitive sports, and empowering the open development, intensive development, scientific development, and sustainable development of competitive sports with reform and innovation.
