Abstract: The multi-dimensional digital & intelligent expression model is an important engine for promoting the prosperous development of winter sports in China in the new era. By using methods of literature review and logical analysis, this paper interprets the connotation and characteristics of the digital & intelligent expression of winter sports culture in China. Based on the Socio-Technical Systems (STS) theory, it analyzes the systematic presentation of its digital & intelligent expression from the dimensions of technology application, aesthetic reconstruction, scene interaction, and governance innovation. Based on the comprehensive review of its current reality, targeted shaping paths are proposed: promoting the reconstruction of human-machine collaborative technology ethics in winter sports culture, exploring its modern aesthetic digital & intelligent art expression, upgrading its immersive experience of the virtual-real integration, and building a modern governance system for the digital & intelligent expression of winter sports culture.
