Abstract:
Against the backdrop of the overlapping advancement of the Healthy China, Strong Sports Nation, and Digital China strategies, digital technologies have increasingly been embedded in sports and health practices, which drives profound transformations in the subjects, scenarios, relationships, and operative mechanisms of sports health communication, and gives rise to the emerging communicative form of digital sports health communication. Drawing on literature review and logical analysis, this study systematically examines the generative logic and conceptual connotations of digital sports health communication from the dual perspectives of conceptual evolution and theoretical construction, and develops a three-dimensional analytical framework centered on three core axes: the fourfold roles of sport, the three-layer digital structure and the health communication pathway. On this theoretical basis, the study further sorts out the practical forms of digital sports health communication. They include digital sports health communication with sport as the domain, that is, the publicization of professional knowledge; digital sports health communication with sport as the platform, that is, the networking of public agendas; digital sports health communication with sport as the theme, that is, the intelligentization of the content ecology; and digital sports health communication with sport as the means, that is, the prescription-based health intervention.
