Abstract: On the basis of defining the connotation of sports industry integration and the integration mode, text mining method is adopted to measure and evaluate the integration degree of sports industry by mining the industrial and commercial registration data of sports-related enterprises in China from 2016 to 2022. The results show that: China's sports industry integration is good, but has not reached high, and the integration presents a diversified and composite trend; The difference in the degree of integration of the sports industry between regions mainly comes from the contribution of the composite integration mode, and the uneven spatial distribution of the contribution of the different integration modes shows China's unique patterns of differentiation in integration; There are significant differences in the speed of sports industry integration in different regions, with the speed in western provinces relatively fast, and the difference between regions is gradually widening due to the changes in the contributions of composite integration and penetration integration modes; At present, only Shanghai and Beijing have realized the virtuous circle between the integration of the sports industry and the expansion of the total scale of the industry, while the effect of other regions has not been fully emerged. Based on this, policy recommendations to promote the high-quality integrated development of sports industry are put forward in terms of accelerating the construction of integration carriers, strengthening the application of digital technology, adhering to the differentiated development and enhancing regional collaboration, etc.
