Fission and Fusion Mechanism of High-quality Development of Competitive Sports in China

The concept, connotation and operating mechanism in the fission and fusion of the high-quality development of competitive sports were explored from the multidisciplinary perspective. It is believed that, when benchmarking the requirement of a sporting power building, so far there are some problems in competitive sports in China such as system decoupling and blurred boundary of interests. The problem of resource allocation failure is still relatively prominent in the process of integration with other industries. Suggestions are to take the fission of competitive sports as the starting point to achieve self-empowerment by building up an institutional stickiness, clarify the relationship between right and responsibility through constructing the interest order, to optimize resource allocation to form the driving force for development, and to activate culture gene to ensure the high-quality sustainable development and innovation of competitive sports by coding and inheriting excellent culture.
