Social Value and Its Enlightenment from "Integration through Sport" Policy in Germany

This paper introduced the policy of "Integration through Sport" in Germany, which aims to promote the integration of interpersonal communication and society and has good achievements already.The study, based on the author's observation in sports clubs in Germany, analyzed the success of the policy and these clubs' tradition who shoulder the responsibility of implementing the policy as well as the social basis.German's experience proves the sport's social-integration role in the process of social transformation.In the meanwhile it discussed the application of sports organizations such as the ones taking sport-love-linked as the association forms; and it put forward the policy suggestions such as strengthening the autonomy of local community sports organizations and improving the competition system, etc.
