ArcGIS-Based Public Sport Service Space in the Urban Center:Structure, Problems and Strategies-A Case Study of Changchun

The study analyzes the main structural features and existing problems of public sport service spaces in the urban center using the method of ArcGIS spatial analysis.The results show that cities in China have formed three dominant structural features:"center-periphery type", "development belt type" and "skew type", and have been faced with problems of local overload and waste of resources, the single service object and the unreasonable layout.Therefore the study points out that we should not only strengthen the authority of related policies of opening school sport venues to the society; also we should build standard rating system of public sport service space so as to plan scientifically.
