The Diversified Cultivation Mode and Optimization of Sports Reserve Talents in China

The study discusses the diversified cultivation mode of Chinese sports reserve talents on the basis of the economic changes in China.It holds that we should establish a mode of diversity in the aspects of development target, investment and governance body, training method, evaluation orientation and talents' future way out.At present, deficiencies exist in the diversified cultivation body-the school, market, society and family.From this the study proposes the optimization strategies, namely, the idea of cultivating "all-person" sport talents should be established, the integration of talents' cultivation and public health be enhanced, diversified bodies be fostered, the support system and feedback mechanism be built, professional sports environment be improved, and the talents' future outlet be smoothed.
