Structural Measuring in Sport Management Psychology: The Classical Test Theory

This study provides a systematic overview of the interrelationships among those theories on the validity and reliability.A five-step framework of scale development, based on the definition of structure and its origin, is put forward:that is, to define structure in nomological network, to define the content field and produce the initial item, to refine the items; factor structure and psychological features; and the determination of factors and theory validity.
