Theoretical Analysis of the Withdrawal Mechanism of Campus-Football-Featured Schools in China

Using the methods of literature review and expert interviews, the study analyzed the withdrawal mechanism of "Campus Football" featured schools.The study shows that limited resources and unsustainable awarding schools make it urgent to establish a scientific and rational withdrawal mechanism.The administrative intervention makes the withdrawal mechanism characteristic of coercion; meanwhile the affordable resources is the key to the "withdrawal".The study hence put forward the principles of professional organizations and the withdrawal enforcement, as well as the theoretical mentality which involves warning and cancellation as the basic means based on certain procedures.
