The Strategy to Push "Campus Football" Plan from the Perspective of Social Capital

Based on the relations between social capital and "Campus Football" plan, the study discussed the absence of the social capital and its presentations.The strategy is to distribute the "Campus Football" schools hierarchically, strengthen the social network of "Campus Football", normalize the policy operation and win the participants' trust.In the meanwhile the cultural construction of "Campus Football" should be improved and the "publicity-and-sharing-focused" development prospect should be well guided.
