Achievements, Difficulties and Prospect of Sports Rule of Law in the Past 40 Years since Chinese Reform and Opening-up

In the past 40 years since Chinese reform and opening-up, China has made brilliant achievements in the sports rule of law. The top-level design has paid more and more attention to the work of sports rule of law. Sports law has become an important industries special law and trans-field law in the socialist sports legal system with Chinese characteristics. The sports administrative law enforcement has also acquired remarkable achievements. On the other hand, however, the current construction of sports rule of law is facing many difficulties, including the completion of the legal environment for the purpose of Sports For All Strategy, the construction of the legal system for competitive sports reform, the legal protection of sports association reform, the solution to the new legal problems in sports industry, and the establishment of sports arbitration organizations. The focus of the sports rule of law construction in the new era should be as follows:to insist the basic principles of sports rule of law, further the legal systems of sports law and regulations, explore the solutions to new legal problems in sports industry, establish sports arbitration organizations and complete the sports law culture construction.
