History and Enlightenment of Wushu Foreign Exchange since 1949-Based on the Oral History of Chinese Wushu Artists

Using the method of oral history, the study explored the development of Wushu foreign exchange in new China since 1949. With the 4-stage division, the study points out the major existing problems of the current Wushu foreign exchanges from the perspectives of "content system", "cultural ability", "cultural collision" and "system reform and construction". Thereafter comes from the enlightenment, that is, to transform the communication concept by adhering to "people-oriented" to promote people's physical and mental health; to understand the characteristics of Wushu culture and then spread its core values; to shape the Wushu image of "harmony" "civilization" and "moral" under the guarantee of democracy and equality in foreign exchange; and to stick to the culture "going out" strategy and reconstruct a scientific, systematic and perfect cultural development strategy.
