Typical Limb Motion of Step Sequences Effort on Figure Skating-Based on the Rules of Single Event

Present research suggests that effort can interpret motion patterns, which is an important medium connecting the movements and music at the time level, enabling people to have a quantitative idea of dance rhythm in choreography.The study analyzed the current theories, trying to provide the foundation for the typical limb motion of step sequence effort on figure skating.As a supplementary means for the figure skating choreography, it pointed out the deficiency and future research direction of "effort theory" in figure skating, which may benefit for the application in the choreography of single event of figure skating.
