Value, Problem and Action Path of Constructing Sports Leisure Town

The study, starting from the era background, discusses the value in the construction of sports leisure towns in China around the four dimensions of economic construction, urban construction, social construction, and sports power construction.The results show that sports leisure towns construction have four major values, that is, the economic value of promoting the regional economic structure and the transformation and upgrading of the tourism economy; the urban construction value in the transformation of existent towns and support of new towns; the social construction value in promoting "precision poverty alleviation" to improve social equity, as well as the sport power construction value in improving the sports public service, innovating the training of sports reserve talents and the traditional sports protection, etc.The internationally renowned sports and leisure towns have three successful "similar factors":outstanding resources, inherited transmission of sports, diversified products, agglomerated industry, differentiation dominated, and culturally assisted.Three kinds of problems are included in constructing sports leisure towns in China, that is, the poor consumers' ability to import, the weak foundation of sports industry and the serious homogenization.The path of China's sports leisure towns construction is suggested as follows:The scenic spots-driven and the events-promoted, high-end projects are encouraged to promote the industry agglomeration with different projects; global design, multiple integration, as well as the coordinated advancement should be take into consideration, and so on.
