Operational Requirements and Implementation Progress: Research on Key Areas Staged by the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games

Staging the Beijing 2022 Olympic winter games should follow the basic principles, operational requirements and characteristics involved in the Host City Contract signed with the IOC. The experience and implementation progress of the Beijing 2022 Olympic winter games are summerized from six key areas, including product and experience, client service, venues and infrastructure, event service, governance, commerce and participation. The product and experience is the core concept of staging the winter Olympics; concerned with client service, the classified administration should be improved; on the part of venues and infrastructure, event resources should be better integrated and allocated; all individual service objects and grades should be well understood in the aspect of event service. And regarding governance, communication and ordination between various sectors should be stressed to make business and participation optimized.
