Knowledge Structure and Evolution Trend of Sports Humanities and Sociology Science: Based on Citation Analysis of the Core Sports Journal Papers From 2014 to 2018

  • From the perspective of knowledge utilization, based on literature bibliometrics theory and Pareto analysis, the discipline source related disciplines and evolution trend of knowledge structure during 2014 to 2018 is explored, and the disciplinary structure features of sports humanities and sociology science are deeply discussed. It shows that:① The knowledge construction is mainly concentrated on 5 first-level disciplines of sport science, sociology, applied economics, pedagogy and philosophy, and 36 second-level disciplines, with the characteristics of high cross-disciplinary integration and large discipline dimensions, although the dimension of knowledge construction needs to be further opened.② The related disciplines, which has continuous, stable and large knowledge input, is the basis of stable knowledge source for sports humanities and sociology science. ③ The literature that can be cited by sports humanities and sociology science are relatively rich, with a wide variety of theoretical genes, and good comprehensive innovation as well as reproduction capabilities. It is suggested that the discipline and knowledge system construction should increase the openness of the discipline dimension, actively absorb more foreign discipline theories and methods, thus to build a diversified and multiple-dimension interdisciplinary system.
