Essence and Concept of "Sports": Ontological Regression of "Life" and Transcendental Epistemology of "Existence"

The essence and concept of sports are focused on.It is found from literature that the academic circle in China faces 2 dilemmas in the exploration of sports "meta-problem", that is, the research object linguistically and the research paradigm metaphysically.The "historical" paradigm is tried to be followed to upgrade dimensions from the "life" of sports ontology and "existence" of sports epistemology, with theoretical tools of life philosophy, existential philosophy, Marxist philosophy, phenomenology and semiotics. The sports analysis indicates that the body as the perceiver contradicts the transformation of the body as the perceived in the whole human being.And then the concept of sports is put forward to be the human beings who combine sensibility and rationality to seek self-existing life activities by transforming the natural body through physical activities.Hoping to break through the shackles of the "sportsman" research perspective, it turns to facing sports itself of "human sports" thinking.Clarifying the fundamental relationships between sports and the existence of human beings has promoted sports philosophy from "focusing on sports" to "caring for people through sports".
