Contract Management Mode of Professional Athletes Based on Blockchain Smart Contract

  • Blockchain smart contract technology will provide a new management mode for professional athlete contract management, as its main characteristics can be briefly summarized as decentralization, intelligence, efficiency, accuracy, and low cost. At present, the management of professional athletes in China mainly adopts the contract system. However, there are such problems as irregular signing procedures, invalid contract content, and many disputes of the implementation process, which hinders the improvement of professional athletes' competitive level. Based on the technical characteristics and application choices of blockchain smart contract, the current situation of professional athlete contract management is explored, and the application of blockchain smart contract is compared to professional athlete contract management. It finds that the contract management mode of professional athletes based on blockchain smart contracts is conducive to simplifying the contract process, preventing fraud, reducing costs, setting precision and promoting the development of athletes. The professional athlete contract management mode of blockchain smart contract technology is also designed, the main body positioning on the chain is clarified, the layered application framework and implementation process are structured, the practical obstacles of the model are analyzed, and the implementation path is proposed.
