Triple Path of Trust Relationship Construction for Sports Social Organization Embedded in Community GovernanceA Case from Q Community

In the process of community sports governance, how to fully explore autonomy space in a relative sense is a crucial research topic. Based on the "cooperative embedded" theory, the triple analysis framework of resources, emotion and ability of sports social organizations embedded in community sports governance is put forward from the perspective of constructing trust mechanism by sports social organizations. With the clear theoretical guidance, the R Sports Association and Q Community were taken as the cases to explore the interaction between community sports governance body and action logic. It is believed that R Sports Association implemented a dual-track governance in Q Community, and constructed a "trust" relaionship with professional and warm service attitude. It greatly improved the efficiency of community sports governance by plural resource acquisition.
