Sport's Exception, Problem Orientation and Chinese Practice: The Way for the Development of Sports Law Research

In the nearly 40 years of development, the research of sports law in China has been gradually strengthened, with a formed academic community, a defined category and lots of research achievements. A system of sports law has been established with the continuously deepened research, and its experience lies in the relevance of the research content, the integration of the research team and the leadership of academic organizations. The research of sports law in China went through a process from simple transplantation, legislation first to characteristic exploration, and still in the period of discipline cultivation. In the next step of the research of sports law, the sport's exception should be stressed, taking the sports rules, problems and Chinese sports practices into consideration. In addition, inter-disciplinary research teams and methods should be paid attention, thus to realize the new development of sports law.
