Realistic Bottleneck and Promotion Strategy for the Digital Transformation of China's Sports Industry from the Perspective of Diamond Model

  • Based on the theory of Diamond Model, the competitiveness and practical bottleneck for the digital transformation of China's sports industry are discussed. The research shows that its current digital transformation is mainly faced with such problems as imperfect policy system, weak digital production factors, insufficient supply of high-end services, inadequate cross-border integration, imperfect business environment, difficulties in implementation, and the spread of unilateral protectionism, etc. Strategies are to ensure the transformation policy guarantee, optimize the all-factor supply, create digital sports consumption scenes, build a new industrial ecology, optimize the digital business environment, respond to industrial changes actively, and smooth international exchanges and cooperation, which will further the digital transformation of the sports industry in China.
