Problems and Solutions in the Innovation of Curriculum Ideological and Political Teaching in Physical Education Courses in the "National College Teachers' Teaching Innovation Competition"

Abstract
The innovation of ideological and political education in courses is a key teaching innovation point observed in the "National College Teachers' Teaching Innovation Competition". The innovation of ideological and political education in physical education (PE) courses in the competition is currently the main problem in the innovation process of PE teaching. Based on the interpretation of the characteristics and teaching understanding of ideological and political construction in PE courses, this paper analyzes the innovative problems of ideological and political teaching in PE courses and attempts to explore solutions. The research suggests that PE courses have distinct characteristics of curriculum ideological and political construction in focusing on moral education, teaching issues, subject-based education, grasping ideological and political connotations, and emphasizing achievements promotion. However, in the innovation of curriculum ideological and political education, it is still necessary to continuously improve teaching concepts, standardize teaching design, accurately position teaching points, and systematically upgrade teaching methods. At the same time, it needs to accurately find the series of problems existing in the innovation goals and innovation points, as well as the innovation methods, modes, and evaluations in the PE curriculum ideological and political education. By positioning the goals of curriculum ideological and political innovation, setting up the innovative points in line with the reality, leveraging its advantages in methods, and highlighting the application of innovative achievements, the problems in PE curriculum ideological and political education will be solved, and the path to be standardized will be found. In the meanwhile, the innovative experience in PE curriculum ideological and political education will get popularized, thereby its overall construction quality will be improved, thus creating a landmark teaching model of PE curriculum ideological and political education.
