Abstract
The development of education, science and technology, and talent is a leading variable in cultivating new quality productive forces in sports. From a multidimensional perspective, through pattern and obstacle analysis, a systematic plan is proposed to promote the development of new quality productive forces in sports by the integration of education, science and technology, and talent reform. The research suggests that following the requirements of new quality productive forces in sports in technological innovation, total factor productive forces improvement, and the construction of new production relations, the breakthroughs in advanced technology, innovative allocation of production factors, and the transformation and upgrading of industry by way of the integrated reform of education, science and technology, and talents, will forcefully empower the formation and development of new quality productive forces in sports. In practice, however, the higher education system for sports lags behind the practical needs of cultivating new quality workers; sports technology innovation is difficult to achieve breakthroughs in core technologies. And there exists the insufficient stimulation of the vitality in creative sports talents. In this regard, based on the strategic ideas of integrated management coordination, integrated policy design, integrated resource allocation, and integrated carrier connectivity, the implementation strategies are proposed, which involves deepening the comprehensive reform of the sports higher education system, sports technology system reform, and sports talent work mechanism reform, thus to enhance the overall efficiency of the national sports innovation system.
