Abstract: Using the methods of literature review and field study, this paper makes a comparison on juvenile football training system between China and France from six aspects such as training concepts and selection system. The result reveals a series of problems including the divided training concepts, the ambiguous training methods, and the shortage of training mode in line with the development of football programs, etc.The study holds that China should explore the proper training mode in accordance with its self-development, establish the scientific and reasonable system for selecting young players, and plan a unified football coach training system for Chinese juveniles.
