制约我国政府购买公共体育服务的主体因素与优化路径

The Influential Bodies of Government Purchasing Public Sport Services and Optimization Approaches

  • 摘要: 我国政府购买公共体育服务发展的主体主要包括购买主体、承接主体和使用主体,目前三大主体面临诸多难题。欲推进政府购买公共体育服务的发展,购买主体应强化改革意识,加强顶层设计;承接主体应加快建设培育,提升服务能力;使用主体应强化权力意识,提高参与能力。

     

    Abstract: The bodies to influence our government purchasing public sport services include:the purchasers, the undertakers and the users, who all are facing lots of problems.In order to promote the development of the purchasing behavior, the purchasers should deepen the reform and speed up the top-level design; the undertakers should increase their service capacity; and the users should strengthen the awareness of the right and involvement.
