美国教练教育专业认证体系解读与启示

Interpretation and Enlightenment on the Accreditation System for American Coaching Education Program

  • 摘要: 对美国教练教育专业认证的背景、内容和特点进行分析后发现,美国教练教育专业认证过程由教练教育国家认证委员会负责,其严格的认证过程满足了社会对高质量教练员的需求。美国教练教育专业认证体系具有主体自愿、标准全面、过程独立、方式循环和结果权威等特点。提出对我国运动训练专业认证的启示:建立准官方的认证机构;完善认证指标体系;组建认证专家队伍;施行分级认证制度;构建自我评估机制;明确专业培养目标;专业认证与职业资格认证相结合。

     

    Abstract: The study analyzed the background, content and features of the accreditation system of American coaching education program.The result shows that NCACE is responsible for the accreditation of American coaching education and its strict accreditation process meets the social demands for high quality coaches.It is characterized by voluntary certification body, comprehensive profession standards, independent process, circular accreditation way and authoritative results.The study hence offers the following suggestions for Chinese sports training profession accreditation:establishing the quasi-official accreditation body and completing its index system; forming expert teams and carrying out the leveled accreditation system; building the self-assessment mechanism and clarifying the profession training objectives; as well as linking its accreditation with the professional qualification license.
