Abstract:
The study discusses the current situations, reasons and results from the lack of recognized concept in defining the gambling-related harm.The model analysis finds that the gambling-related harm is naturally from the excessive lottery purchase, which leads to a downgrading social welfare.The harm comes from the interrelated controlling and controlled factors which are produced during the chain from the gambling game design, release even to industrialization, as well as the cost yielded in the daily operation of gambling and gambling organizations with the interactions of other interest groups.
