Abstract: From the logical foundation, system construction and governance strategy of youth sports organizations in foreign countries, this study indicates that developed sports countries promote the youth sports from the 4 aspects of natural attribute, youth law, sports social organization support and physical education integration.The governance system is constructed by state administrative department acting as top-level design, various social organizations playing on intermediary functions, and grass-root social organizations implementing the polices.The rights and responsibilities between state administrative agencies and social organizations should be clarified so that they can take the full responsibilities of the youth sports governance, which can expand a variety of ways to encourage citizens' participation, build a platform for youth sports activities and serve the youth sports development.Hereafter the suggestions for the development of youth sports organizations in China is brought about.
