Abstract:
From the perspective of the changes in values, the study conducted the analysis on the development of Chinese school Wushu education in modern times. It holds that the school Wushu education by turns has gone through three stages in modern times, i.e. the utilitarian stage, practical stage, and effective stage. And, in the struggle between "learning from the history" and "learning from the west", Chinese school Wushu education has highlighted its utilitarian values when defensing the foreign aggression, the practical values when strengthening and protecting the nation, and the effectiveness values in the realization of the dream of nation rejuvenation.
