Abstract: The Tokyo Olympic Games bears the important era mission with special historical complex between China and Japan as well as their expectation.On the basis of China's preparations for the Tokyo Olympic Games and the experience of the world's competitive sports powers in preparing for the Games, the study puts forward China's strategy and preparation system:taking the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Party as the guide; adhering to the preparation path globally, collaboratively, scientifically, and creatively.An overall target system to serve the preparations for the Tokyo Olympics, an organization system with multiple body participation and a selection and training system for outstanding talents in the preparation for the Olympic Games will be built.Furthermore, the integrated training system of "training-research-medical care" and the service guarantee system for preparing for the Olympic Games should also be taken into consideration.
