Abstract:
The study tried to explore the impact of dance therapy on college students' interpersonal skills and emotions based on the "Interpersonal Skills Scale" and "Positive & Negative Emotional Scale" The results find that after the intervention of the dance therapy, the interpersonal relationship, self-expression and emotion support levels were significantly improved, and the positive emotion was significantly increased while the negative emotion was significantly reduced.The study reached the conclusions that dance therapy can improve the interpersonal skills of college students and regulate the positive and negative emotions.
