Abstract: A major task of the construction of Chinese sports law under the background of the new era is the revision of the Sports Law.On the basis of the implementation of the Legislative Law, the study probes into the objectives and strategies of the revision of Sports Law.Research shows the revision of Sports Law is to improve the quality of Sports Law, to provide the legal guarantee for the development of sports in our country, and to lead and promote the reform and development of our country's sports cause.Sports Law should abide by the articles of Constitution, clarify the powers, obligations and rights of the various subjects of sports filed, improve the operational enforcement, and reset the sports arbitration system as well as the legal provisions of the authorized legislation.
