Abstract:
Compared with the popularization of oral history research in other disciplines, the oral history of sports research has been lagging behind for nearly 20 years, indicating that the oral history norms in sports research have not yet been formed, and the research objects have not yet been targeted. The practice of oral history in the research of sports science is analyzed. It is believed that the oral history data in sports science is extremely rich. While strengthening the study of the life history of folk sports culture, the collection of oral data in sports and lead the paradigm innovation and standardized research methods in term of the academic research of sports should be paid attention to. The interviews and memoirs in sports studies can not be called oral history, but the richness of such interviews and memoirs is partly a response to oral history.
