《澳大利亚体育素养标准》的框架体系、特征与启示

Framework, Interpretation and Enlightenment of Australian Physical Literacy Standard

  • 摘要: 体育素养作为一种与读、听、写、算能力同等重要的核心素养,是维持和促进青少年终身参与身体活动必备的能力基础。在全面推进健康中国行动的背景下,对《澳大利亚体育素养标准》进行解读发现,其具有概念内涵本土化、指标体系贯通性、能力进阶适切性和实践操作应用性等特征,提出对我国的启示:借鉴国际、立足本土,厘清体育素养发展内涵;横向连接、纵向贯通,构建体育素养框架体系;循序渐进、达成有度,细划体育素养发展阶段;多元主体、通力合作,形成体育素养发展协同机制。

     

    Abstract: Being the same core literacy ability as reading, listening, writing, and calculating, physical literacy is the necessary foundation for adolescents to maintain and promote their lifelong participation in physical activities. In the background of the comprehensive advancement of Healthy China Action, The Australian Physical Literacy Standard was interpreted in this study.The results find that it is characteristic of localization with conceptual connotation, consistency of index system, adaptability of ability progression and application of practical operations. It provides some references as follows:we should draw on the international advanced experience but base on the local to clarify the connotation of physical literacy development. Horizontal connection and longitudinal penetration are conducted to construct the framework system of physical literacy, all in details step by step. Multiple subjects work together to form a cooperative mechanism for the coordinated development of physical literacy.
