体教融合发展中的高考动力因素

Driving Factors in College Entrance Examination during the Integrated Development of Sports and Education

  • 摘要: 对体教融合发展中的高考动力因素进行分析,认为:体教融合是体教结合的战略升级,强调“体”与“教”2种力量同向而行的“心连心”;体教融合在实施中仍面临体教结合时代遇到的问题,高考是化解这些问题的“利器”;传统高考体育方式不足以为体教融合提供充足的动力,目前把体育作为必考科目纳入高考亦不可行。提出:新高考改革采用的参考综合素质评价的录取方式为体育纳入高考提供契机,上海市基于新高考改革开展的体育素养评价为体育纳入高考提供具有可操作性的经验;在国家层面建立青少年体育素养大数据管理平台是上海经验对体教融合发展产生推进作用的有力保障。

     

    Abstract: The analysis of the driving force in college entrance examination is studied during the integrated development of sports and education.It holds that the integration of sports and education(ISE) is the strategic upgrade of the combination of sports and education (CSE), which emphasizes that the two forces of sports and education move in the same direction. In the implementation of ISE, the problems are still faced in the era of CSE, and the college entrance examination (CEE) is a sharp tool to solve these problems.The traditional way of sport in CEE is not enough to provide sufficient motivation for the ISE, and it is not feasible to include sport as a compulsory subject in the CEE.The new CEE reform provides an opportunity for sports to be included in the CEE by means of the reference to comprehensive quality evaluation, and the physical literacy evaluation based on the new CEE reform in Shanghai provides operational experience for sport to be included in the CEE.The establishment of a big data management platform for youth's physical literacy at the national level is a strong guarantee for Shanghai's experience to play an important role in the development of ISE.
