我国体育经理人新职业的制度设计与实施构想

System Design and Implementation of the New Occupation for Sports Managers in China

  • 摘要: 随着我国体育社会化和市场化进程的加速,体育产业迅速发展,体育各领域对兼具体育专业技能和管理素养的复合型中高级管理人才的需求高速增长,有必要对设立体育经理人新职业进行理论研究和制度探索。在阐明设立体育经理人新职业必要性和紧迫性的基础上,提出建立体育经理人职业资格制度的基本理念,从职业标准、要求和知识权重等方面形成体育经理人新职业标准,设立初级、中级和高级3个级别的体育经理人职业技能等级,分别对应不同的知识与权能要求。从不同职业技能等级的要求出发,设立相应的培训体系和职业资格制度,为体育经理人新职业的设立和发展提供理论基础与制度框架。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of socialization and marketization in sport in China, a huge need for senior-middle-level talents with inter-disciplinary knowledge of sport and management has emerged, so it is necessary to conduct the theory and system study on the new occupation in sport management.Based on the concept of professional qualification system for sport managers, the 3 levels (junior, middle and senior) of new professional standards are indieated in accordance with various knowledge and right requirements.The training system and professional qualification system are also designed in terms of the requirements for various levels.It is expected to provide theoretical and system framework for the new occupation for sports managers.
