Abstract:
It aims to break through the development bottleneck of football and explore the pathway of the youth training system in football powerful countries under the new situation of favorable policies in education, mass sports and football. The evaluation indicators of football youth training system in
FIFA Youth Survey of 2016 are sorted out, and the Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) is used to analyze the common characteristics and differences among football powerful countries (according to FIFA's integral data), secondary powerful countries and less powerful countries. According to the coverage rate, the pyramid comparison model was constructed. It was found that the pyramid model of football powerful countries had reasonable structure and perfect function, while the pyramid of less powerful countries had the weak one. Youth training support system is a systematic and long-term project, whose structure determines its function. The underlying logic of Chinese football youth training support system, such as its positioning, main object and development mechanism, should be reshaped under the new situation.
