Abstract:
Through the critical reflection on the traditional sports events teaching, the basic viewpoints of implementing the holistic sports events teaching are put forward.The teaching of holistic sports events shows the wholeness in sport knowledge learning and the sports events existed as a whole. The former emphasizes the inner link between the sports knowledge and the structured sports knowledge learning while the latter focuses on the integrity of sports events teaching, including technical and tactic fight, rules of etiquette, role play, team honor, and then pass this integrity to students through teaching. The intrinsic characteristics of holistic sports events teaching are to grasp the related learning of sports techniques and the structured application of skills, the application of competitions in sports events teaching as well as the role play of teachers and students in sports events teaching, and it advocates the overall teaching design with season and culture of sports. A physical education teacher of holistic sports events teaching is required to extract students'learning situation with the help of information technology, stress the meaning generation of learning for students in teaching, treat the open or closed sports teaching appropriately, and create a variety of teaching situation combined with students' technique movements learning.
