2020 edition) is made in three aspects of development background, framework organization and implementation. The research shows that the development of curriculum standards is the task direction of "establishing morality and cultivating people" and the realistic demand of the curriculum reform of "P. E. and health" in secondary vocational schools. The key qualities of sports ability, health behavior and sports spirit run through the six elements of curriculum standard, that is, the curriculum nature and task, goal, structure, content, academic quality and implementation. And these elements are connected in an orderly manner through the series of discipline core literacy, and in turn give full play to the overall educational role of P.E. and health disciplines in the stage of secondary vocational education. During the process of its implementation, "establishing morality and cultivating people" should be taken as the guide and embodied in the objectives and targeted cultivation of P.E. and health curriculum, thus the integration of the core literacy and curriculum standards of P.E. and health will be effectively accomplished in secondary vocational schools.
