Abstract:
On the basis of sorting out the development evolution trend of the Japanese skiing market, the competition theory, the product life cycle theory and the industrial linkage theory are comprehensively used to conduct an in-depth analysis of its management strategy from macro-level, meso-level, micro-level perspectives, and the operation strategy mode of Japanese skiing industry is summarized. It holds that the Japanese skiing industry has gradually formed a dynamic development and operation mode that regulates simultaneously for the external competitive environment and changes in its own products, after more than 120 years of development. At present, China's skiing industry can learn from Japan's dynamic development and operation strategy to judge the current environment of its domestic skiing market. Thereafter the comprehensive policy coordination measures are to be implemented, product value of skiing sports promoted, existing service products maintained by quality improvement and marketing innovation, new businesses developed with deep organic integration within and between industries, thus the high-quality and sustainable development of China's skiing industry will arise combined the characteristics of the times with changes in market demand.
