Abstract:
"Constantly consolidating the ideological basis of the Chinese nation community and jointly building the great motherland" is not only a matter of national strategy practice, but also a theoretical research proposition. Based on the historical tradition of Hakka ethnic group martial arts on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, the formation, maintenance and mechanism of Hakka ethnic group martial arts in the cultural community identity are explored by the comprehensive methods of historical research. It holds that the historical and cultural memory contained in the martial arts of Hakka ethnic group are the important emotional ties of Hakka collective consciousness, which has an important cultural and political significance to enhance the sense of belonging and identity of Hakka people on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, and further strengthen their ethnic and national identity. The production and reproduction of the Hakka community concept is realized by strengthening the root, casting the soul and shaping the ethnic group with the martial arts thus to continue and awaken their love for the "homeland". In the meanwhile, they also provide Hakka ethnic group experience and sports theory support for building the community consciousness of both the Chinese nation and the community of shared future across the Strait.
