认知神经科学视角下冬奥心理科技攻关服务新体系的构建与应用

Construction and Application of Psychological Sci-tech Service in Winter Olympics from the Perspective of Cognitive Neuroscience

  • 摘要: 在“科技冬奥”理念指导下,通过文献梳理、理论推理、实践应用探究认知神经科学视角下的冬奥心理科技攻关服务。认为:①冬奥心理科技攻关服务以“提升赛时运动表现稳定性”为目标,融合认知神经科学技术和心理服务,具有量化运动表现神经活动、预警赛前心理风险、调控赛时心理能力等特征;②其基于动作控制的基本原理,利用认知神经科学技术,大数据、人工智能等算法,实现对心理服务效益的量化、迭代和实时监测;③其以移动脑电和无线传输为载体,通过编码接口和服务平台拟合多维度、多模态的生理、心理数据,动态化监控和调整运动员心理状态。冬奥心理科技攻关服务正在实现从实践经验向数据驱动导向的迭代发展,为提升心理服务的精准性和高效性,助力运动员赛时的稳定发挥开辟新思路。

     

    Abstract: Under the guidance of the "High-tech Olympics" concept, literature review is used to explore the field of psychological sci-tech research from the perspective of cognitive neuroscience. It is stated that psychological sci-tech service aims to "enhance performance stability" by integrating cognitive neuroscience techniques with psychological services, with the features of quantifying neural activities during sports performance, identifying psychological risks before competitions and regulating athletes' mental abilities during competition. The implementation process of the services relies on the fundamental principles of action control to quantify, iterate, and monitor its effectiveness in real time by utilizing cognitive neuroscience techniques, big data, artificial intelligence algorithms and other tools. Its application pathway involves mobile electroencephalography and wireless transmission as vehicles, employing coding interfaces and service platforms to fit multi-dimensional and multi-modal physiological and psychological data, thus to dynamically monitor and adjust athletes' mental states. Psychological sci-tech services are transforming from experiential-driven to data-driven iterative development, paving the way for increased precision and efficiency in psychological services, ultimately supporting athletes in achieving stable performance during competitions.
