Abstract:
The integrated teaching of "learning, practice, and competition" is reflected in three aspects of systematic teaching process, real teaching design and specialized teaching methods, characterized by the inherent connection of "learning, practice and competition" and the overall formation of athletic ability. It focuses on conducting an in-depth physical education teaching through targeted design, in which the "competition" has always been reminded as the core to arouse students' athletic consciousness. Therefore, the integrated teaching practice contributes to the decomposition and transformation of teaching objectives, the reconstruction and upgrading of content, the optimization of methods and processes, and the improvement of learning evaluation. Based on the present problems in the integrated teaching of "learning, practice and competition", its improvement path has been proposed: core literacy as the guidance to locate the due value of physical education teaching goals; to design each link respectively and specifically; to adjust the overall structure dynamically; to select an appropriate teaching process; to adopt the performance evaluation as the starting point of the integrated teaching.
