运动诱发性支气管痉挛的人体微生态视角解析

Analysis of Exercise-induced Bronchospasm from the Perspective of Microecology

  • 摘要: 从人体微生态视角出发,基于国际研究成果,分析运动诱发性支气管痉挛(Exercise-Induced Bronchoconstriction,EIB)产生的微生态基础和原因,汇总整理微生态研究方法,并提出EIB的微生态防治策略。结果显示:人体呼吸/肠道微生态构建及肠-肺轴沟通机制是诱发EIB的微生态基础;剧烈运动、环境及污染引发人体微生态失衡是EIB发病的重要因素;微生态衡量方法目前在系统性和科学性方面仍须深入完善;防治策略包括内源性预防(饮食调整、运动习惯、自我防护等)和外源性治疗(微生物技术、天然产物调节)。建议:未来应重视微生态知识教育普及,培养科学理念与习惯,促进宿主与微生态和谐共存。

     

    Abstract: Based on international researches, the basis and causes of Exercise-Induced Bronchospasm (EIB) are analyzed from the perspective of human "microecology", and the measurement methods and prevention strategies are summarized. The results showed that the construction of human respiratory/intestinal microecology and the communication mechanism of the "gut-lung axis" were the basis of the microecology that induced EIB. Strenuous exercise, environment and pollution caused the imbalance of human microecology, which was an important factor in the pathogenesis of EIB. At present, the microecology measurement method still needs to be further improved in terms of systematization and science. Prevention and control strategies include endogenous prevention (such as dietary modification, exercise habit, self-protection, etc.) and exogenous treatment (microbial technology, natural product regulation, etc.). It is suggested that in the future, attention should be paid to the popularization of microecology knowledge education; scientific concepts and habit should be cultivated to promote the harmonious coexistence of host and microecology.
